We got Brown Penny on February 2nd, 2010 - which just happened to co-align with the season premiere of LOST: Season 6. It was a spectacular day.
Penny came to us from the Buckley Air Force Base just outside of Denver where she lived for the first 10-months of her spoiled-dog life. We re-homed the little lass, who in fact is a mere 85 pound runt of the litter, when her family (which included mom, dad, a 2-year-old, 3-year-old and a kitten) found out they were being transferred overseas to an environment not particularly hospitable for a big furry dog.
Loved by all and the biggest lap dog cuddle-bear around, Penny will almost certainly get a sister or a boyfriend named Desmond someday soon, but until then...
